About Us
Saint Peter's Bakery is nestled on the banks of French Creek in the historic Victorian village of Saint Peter's, located in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The bakery is housed in the original village General Store. We are committed to providing to the local community and visiting guests fresh and wholesome food, bread, pastry and desserts. We serve lunch daily offering homemade soup, quiche, salads and signature sandwiches served on our just baked breads.
Come enjoy Friday Night Pizza at the bakery featuring our signature Semolina pizza while relaxing to the sounds of local musicians. Or simply relax on our deck with a view and the sounds of French Creek rushing through the boulder fields while enjoying a meal or a frothy Cappuccino and fresh pastry. Our Breads
We use unbleached and unbromated flours in our breads. We don’'t use artificial coloring, additives, stabilizers or preservatives in any of our products. Our sourdough starter origin is over 100 hundred years old. Producing our signature handcrafted breads is a three day process: one day to build or feed the starter, a day to make the dough and shape the loaves, a day to proof the bread to develop flavor and texture before baking in our French steam injected deck ovens. Every loaf is shaped by hand and prepared with love of the craft.

We specialize in cakes and all of our cakes are made to order. We will customize your cake to suit your occasion. We use pure sweet butter in our cakes and butter cream icings. Layer cakes need to be refrigerated and brought to room temperature before serving.
